Sunday Phone Drop

I started this week with friends - first a shoot with Jill at the Monestary and then dinner with my friend Karen to catch up. I also spent some time confronting the overwhelm that I’ve created in the form of things and stuff as I get ready to purge the studio. This resulted in me also purging my bedroom office as well and uncovering a lot of gems. I also enjoyed the immense heat that we had by attending my niece’s baseball tournament this weekend and going for my daily walks where I found some treasures: painted rocks, feathers, flowers, and beautiful clouds! There were a fair amount of selfies this week because I was playing around with makeup and self expression in the form of wardrobe. This coming week is my last photoshoot at the studio and it almost doesn’t feel real - but it is and I have to repeat: I’m cleansing out the old to make room for the new.
