30 min | South East | 3pm | Romantic | Choice

This week was the last Universe Decides photoshoot (in Manitoba) for 2021 - Jill and I headed out of the city, driving for 30 minutes South East to shoot at 3pm with a romantic vibe and wearing an outfit of our choosing. The Universe gave us a cute little bridge and creek to photograph by and it was perfect for the vintage dresses I had picked up earlier in the month while I was in Phoenix. We paired the dress with a cute pair of white booties and trekked down the ditch to the high grasses. Jill was a little put off by the gift of a beaver carcass the Universe provided us, but still managed to create some beautiful images nonetheless.

My husband and I have been talking about the future lately and are contemplating potentially moving provinces - but being outside doing the Universe Decides photoshoots I always fall a bit more in love with this place I call home. I love the expansive skies, the moody clouds, the glorious colorful foliage, and the random assortment of waterways. If we decide to move in the future it’s going to be hard to leave the glorious prairie landscape!
