The epic Universe Decides Photoshoots are back for a limited time

Universe Decides Photoshoots are summer & spring photo sessions designed for the adventurous, creative & playful spirit.

Here’s how they work:

It starts with selecting cards from a set of cards designed by moi. These will determine our fate.

You will choose from the following categories:

Mood
Time of Day
Travel Time
Wardrobe
Direction of Travel

Once we have our directions from the Universe, all that’s left to do is select a date, gather our supplies based on the answers, and head out to see what’s in store for us!

These sessions are for you if you are:

  • Adventurous

    Because we don’t know where we will end up, we have to be willing to make magic wherever we are! This requires a little bit of adventure on your part! Sometimes we are in the middle of a field, sometimes beside a busy street, and sometimes in a residential neighborhood - it all depends on what the Universe has in store for us!

  • Creative

    In contrast to how I used to run sessions, these are much more collaborative based -encouraging you to tap into a character for the session. Based on the prompts we are given, particularly the “mood” card, you will want to dig into what the feeling means and looks like to you as a means to create the session!

  • Process Oriented

    Releasing any and all expectations is the name of the game for these sessions! Just based on my experience in doing them I can tell you you will get some beautiful imagery, but I want us to go into it less focused on the outcome (the images) and more focused on the process (the experience).

  • A Wee Bit Flexible

    Because we will be photographing outside, the weather becomes our determining factor - however, I will let you know that I have photographed in the rain before and I am not opposed to doing it again!

Naturally, these sessions also make for incredible content for your social media. From the adventure to the creativity to the location and wardrobe, you will have one helluva good time creating magic with me and have the images and behind the scene memories to show for it!

Sessions are $850+ tax and include the session, me driving us around, 25+ edited images delivered digitally, GIFs, and any behind the scenes we capture

FAQs

Is hair & makeup provided?

Nope, it is not. These sessions are more about making do with what we have, so however you do your hair or makeup is perfectly fine! If you do want to take it up a notch and work with a stylist, I can recommend some of my friends to you!

Do I have to wear lingerie?

Not unless you want to! The wardrobe card is more focused on textile than a specific item (like ‘leather’ ‘glitter’ etc.) So you can literally wear whatever floats your boat and fits the vibe of the sesh!

Will we have a formal reveal process?

No. Again, these sessions are more about the process than the final outcome - they are a memory of the time we spent together, outdoors, playing and making magic happen! Will you Photoshop these images?

Nope. My no-photoshop policy still stands (but look how epic the images the look without it!) The images will be color corrected to fit the vibe of the Universe’s discretion. This is part of the fun!
