Sunday Phone Drop 8.26

We've arrived in Salmon Arm, BC! This trip has been wild, freeing, but not without the odd bouts of “wtf am I doing??” The one thing I noticed for sure is that I'm starting to feel like a Human again - I haven't laughed, had this much connection, or been around nature for such a long duration that it feels like my body is remembering where it came from. I was hunting for rocks alongside a little pond and I had a flashback to my younger years (if you've read The Geode Theory, you'll know what I'm talking about! If not, you can grab a copy here!) We've seen a lot of sites across Canada, visited some photographers to find out what they want outta the community and saw a lot of natural elements! We took in the Hanson concert, dipped our feet in the lake, ate some Korean food, stayed in the mountains, visited the Prairie Museum in Virden, did some photos in an abandoned house (carefully, of course!) and now I'm kicking here in Salmon arm for another few days to do the Confidence X Canada workshop before zipping down to Portland to hang with the original Body Image Bootcamp gals!
