Sunday Phone Drop 12.4.22

Welcome to December! Omigoodness - can you believe we are in the last month of the year? I certainly can’t…this weekend I was away at my brother’s farm up in Swan River and had a glorious time with his kids - so glorious, in fact, that I neglected to take any photos or even touch my phone! Prior to that, however, I found these beautiful cotton candy baby’s breath at the grocery store and just knew I needed to create something magical and when my friend Micah commented that she loved them, I invited her to come play in the basement! Other than that, I spent the week learning how to paint faces, making art, writing, and working on some upcoming content that I am excited for for the new year. This season is always really hard for me to feel inspired because as the days shorten, so does my energy…combine that with these ongoing health issues and I am trying to be productive in the moments I can and be okay to rest when I can. As such, I’ve added some colorful lights to my beautiful space and have committed to spending time in rest: reading, thinking, dreaming.
