Just Sit.
I feel like I’ve been running and moving and on the go - but last Friday I had the opportunity to just sit. In the grass. In the warmth of the sun. With myself. In the few hours I spent with myself just sitting, I was able to breathe. I was able to slow time down. I was able to catch up to my thoughts. I was able to be focused on the present.
So, I want to encourage you to find a spot that makes you feel safe and just…..sit.
For 10 minutes.
For 1 hour.
For 2 minutes.
It doesn’t matter.
What matters is that you intentionally sit to let life catch up.
So you can stop running.
So you can be here.
So you can catch your breath
and your thoughts.
Just.
Sit.
