Universe Decides with Jill

In between my European trips, I was able to meet up with my buddy Jill for a day to pull of a Universe Decides Photoshoot.

The cards we chose were:

Mood: Powerful
Drive: 1 hour
Direction: Southwest

This photoshoot kicked off a summer of weekly roadtrips, creative photoshoots with friends, and adventure!

Below are the images we created as a result of the cards. We ended up at a tennis court and splash park in Carmen, Manitoba and thankfully we had some bright, beautiful sun to make Jill’s sequin sparkle even brighter. To add a vintage effect, we used Jill’s plastic bag from the airport to shoot through to create a little sunflare. It was a great challenge to see what we could create with the light, the spaces, and our ensemble. One thing I love about Universe Decides photoshoots is that you can’t have any expectations and you just have to create a story wherever you are, on the spot - I freakin love it!!
