The Universe Decides with Karen

The Universe Decided that Karen and I should head South for 1 hour and we found ourselves in the middle of a rainstorm + some beautiful prairie near the US border. Our mood was anger and our texture was our choice, so I gave Karen this peasant blouse I found at the thrift store. While it was bit chilly in the rainy weather, it was a ton of fun to play outside and create in bursts. We screamed at the sky and moved with the wind. It was cathartic for both of us and I used the opportunity to test out a new-to-me camera : a Canon A-1 gifted to me by my husband’s co-worker. so you will see a mix of film and digital images below. I can feel summer coming to a close, so I am trying to do more Universe Decides sessions before the weather turns!
