You see, we tend to think of change as happening in big, tumultuous waves, but we tend to forget that even a small drop of water can weather a stone and create a lasting impact. The whole intent of asking just one question a day is to keep you moving in the right direction and building a practice (which will eventually become a habit!) of curiosity, self awareness, and intentionality.
