All In The Details

When I was at The Portrait Master’s conference in September I encouraged people to do some up close detail shots on my glorious fat models - but people seemed afraid and shy about it. As someone that tends to shy away from details in general, I knew this would be a good challenge for me to start showing representation in the details because A) it can help the subject see their bits in a totally different light B) gives them a more consistent experience to the smaller clients that come in and C) it helps photographers see what is possible. So, I invited Micah to the studio to play and we got to work grabbing new and interesting angles and up close shots.
