Sarah in Calgary

I met Sarah through a local photographers/models facebook group and she so kindly offered to come shoot during a mosquito infested evening in the meadow/forest behind my house. Eventually we moved to my backyard which was magical tbh. I bought this cotton night dress from the thrift store and was so excited to photograph someone in the evening warmth, but alas, the weather had other plans and we had less of a sunset and more of an overcast gloom. We still made it work and these images are magical! Sarah is a model from Vancouver who was staying the summer with her parents here, so I wish her the best of luck when she goes back to Van for school in the fall!
