Reform School for Good Girls is a community for those of us who spent years doing what we were told - being nice, keeping quiet, putting everyone else first - and then woke up one day wondering where we went.
This community is for you if:

*You hear yourself saying “I should…” on the daily.
*You second guess your desires because they aren’t traditionally accepted.
*You have felt like you were always on the fringe of belonging

This is where we start untangling the rules we were raised on, stop over-giving ourselves into exhaustion, and find our way back to the parts of us that feel alive and true.

We do not talk about weight-loss as an achievement and we do not allow before/after photos - we like to focus on the NOW body! If this makes you uncomfortable, this may not be the community for you and that is totally fine!
