Sunday Phone Drop : 10.30.22

Today I am getting ready to leave beautiful Puerto Vallarta to head back to my actual home in Winnipeg, Manitoba! The past month flew by and now it’s time to head back home to percolate for the next adventure (Phoenix in November!) This past week we welcomed some BIBC alumni back to the house to beta test a new course of mine called SELF: Expression and it was all about breaking through the blocks that get in our way and make us think we aren’t creative/can’t be creative/not share our creativity. It was a week full of so much fun, ridiculous challenges thought up by myself and Beth, education taught during the mornings, photoshoots ALL the time all over the place and a super secret adventure time to the Vallarta Botanical Gardens (which were insanely gorgeous!!) Our attendees never knew when the challenges would strike or what they’d have to do, but they were great sports about the whole thing. In addition to that, my mom and sister joined us for the week so it was lovely to see them go off on adventures and then push themselves out of their comfort zones as well. This house has some kinda magic. One of the best things to happen - after 4 years of coming here - Blanca, one of the house staff finally let me photograph her and I showed her the images yesterday. She LOVED them!!
