I’m a body image educator, photographer, and author who encourages individuals to challenge their body image biases and beliefs so that they can move closer to self and body acceptance. I firmly believe that the best form of resistance in a society that profits from our insecurities is to show up in our power as the perfectly natural and naturally perfect individuals we are.
Whether you are a photographer working with clients, an individual searching for body image guidance, someone who wants to tell their own body story through imagery, or a creative who is seeking to connect closer with your authentic self, I am here to help you with the heartwork that will lead you to make a difference in your life, and ultimately, the lives around you.
