Mitzi - Perfectly Natural
When I was in Vegas, I opted to do my usual : rent a car and drive as far away from the city as possible to play in the desert. This time, Aroha & Mitzi joined me and Aroha showed us to the coolest spots around the Valley of Fire. Mitzi and I had connected a few years ago during the Italy workshop and it was during that workshop that her whole life began to take a turn to help her find her authentic self. It started with a torn achilles in Italy, followed by a breast cancer diagnosis, and the ultimate decision to go flat. You can check out our interview on Squidge here to learn more about Mitzi! Since, then Mitzi found herself completely shifting her photography career to help folks embrace their natural selves with her As I Am sessions. This is why, it was a no brainer for me, to invite Mitzi to be part of The Future of Photography experience at WPPI and to invite her to jump into the car for a photoshoot in the desert. What started off as a little hesitant (just a little), turned into her baring her bod for the beautiful landscape around us.
